What to think.
Well, everyone voted and watched the results last night in an anxious state of mind. I couldn't watch because I knew what the outcome was going to be in this year's election. I am not sure what to think right now....sadness, hope, anxiety, empathy...and the list goes on and on. Today, I feel sorry for my parents who are going to be working to pay their taxes, for the men and women who chose to join the military to fight for our country who will be brought home in the near years, and lastly for the poor people because they will NOT be taught anything in the future and will be given anything and everything they need. My husband, my family, my friends and I work damn hard for our money and to just think it will be redistributed makes my stomach turn. I am sure there will be decent changes in the next 4 years; I am sure a lot of the promises the new President has made will not come to fruition; I am sure we should all come together and join as one and have hope in this beautiful country; However, as of today, I am lost in a nation along with millions of others. Hope? I guess that's the only word...

I feel the exact same way!
all we can do is pray! Seriously!! It is going to be a long hard 4 years!! I can not believe that our country has voted in someone with his values and with what he is wanting to do with our country. Someone who will not even put their hand over their heart during the national anthem, when so many people have fought for this country. Can not even tell you how disgusted we are with this election. Not only is this going to effect our families who have worked so hard their whole life, but it will affect the younger generation as well. so basically, all we have is prayer and hope that God can protect us from evil. What is sad is that everyone is trying to get God out of everything...schools, workplace, government, so God may just say ok fine yall dont want me here have it your way! Scary situation!
